Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Job Description

This position is responsible for the delivery of resident care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documenting direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care. The role involves collaboration with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient resident care delivery and the achievement of desired resident outcomes. Candidates will utilize their knowledge of residents' age and cultural diversity in the provision of care and will contribute to the quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of comprehensive resident care through assessments and documentation.
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize resident outcomes.
• Application of nursing skills in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
• Participation in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current California RN license.
• Current certification in CPR.

Schedule

Working 3, 12-hour shifts at night.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
