Outpatient Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (RN)

Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM.

Job Description

The Outpatient Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in the Electrophysiology Device Division. The RN will utilize MURJ for remote reports and alerts, assist the back-office Medical Assistant team with advanced patient inquiries, triage urgent patient symptoms, and supervise stress tests for adult cardiac patients only in an ambulatory cardiology setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Electrophysiology Device Division and provide patient consultations and follow-ups.
• Utilize MURJ to manage remote reports and alerts effectively.
• Triage urgent patient symptoms and provide higher-level patient advice.
• Supervise and administer stress tests as required.
• Consult and follow-up care for adult cardiac patients in an outpatient setting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Electrophysiology RN experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in device management is highly preferred.
• Valid RN license required, must be obtained within 2 weeks from applying.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
