Invasive Cardiology RN - 13-Week Contract

Schedule

This position requires working day shifts with 10-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Must be flexible to stay until the last patient is cared for.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Invasive Cardiology RN to join our dynamic team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where advanced cardiovascular treatments are provided. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong competencies in EP Lab and Cardiac Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Invasive Cardiology unit.
• Assist in various procedures including but not limited to complex coronary procedures, heart device implantation, and electrophysiology testing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in an Invasive Cardiology environment.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• PA or Compact RN license is mandatory.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system is preferred.
