Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.

Job Description

This position requires a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for adult and geriatric patients. The RN will participate in patient and family education while collaborating with team members to uphold high standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family education.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel.
• Manage care for patients with dementia and those on cardiac drips.
• Document patient care and interventions in EMR (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
• Current New Hampshire RN license or Compact license (required).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification (required).
• Cardiac drip experience (required).
• Dementia experience/management (required).
• NIHSS certification (strongly preferred).
• Epic EMR experience (required).
