Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. Our 30-bed unit cares for a diverse patient population, including those with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, alcohol use/abuse, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs and manage ventilators.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Valid RN license.
