4x10 Hour Shift: Tuesday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a NY State license and relevant certifications to perform MRI imaging for various patient care needs. This position requires expertise in adult and pediatric imaging, with the ability to manage and execute a variety of MRI procedures efficiently while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on adult and pediatric patients.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as necessary.
• Utilize PACS for image processing and patient record management.
• Maintain radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with the radiology team and support interdisciplinary care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI technology.
• ARRT-R (Radiography) and MRI certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Current NY State license required upon start.
