Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) - Varied Shifts

3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts including days and nights.

Job Description

The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The RN will work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatment according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist in the training of dialysis staff and new hires.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Experience with Cerner and Fresenius-T required.
• Ability to meet Low/Mid/High performer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
