Schedule

Nights, 3x12-Hour shifts: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM with holiday rotation. Every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide comprehensive care to patients in various areas of the hospital, including critical care and labor and delivery, while maintaining a flexible approach to meet facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis
• Assist in high-risk deliveries and intubation
• Manage mechanical ventilation and other respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience
• Current South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license
• National certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT)
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Travel experience required
