NOC Shift: 19:00 – 07:30 (3 × 11.5 hr shifts per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in operating room settings, specifically within a Level-1 Adult Trauma and Pediatric Level-2 Trauma center. The role requires expertise in various surgical services and trauma cases, as well as the ability to scrub and circulate in a fast-paced main operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
• Assist with trauma and emergency surgeries, including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, and Vascular cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience in an operating room setting.
• New York State RN Licensure and BLS certification required.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Trauma experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Robotic surgeries (Da Vinci Xi) and multi-specialty surgical cases.
