Registered Nurse - LTAC MS/Tele Night Shift

Night Shift: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care in a LTAC MS/Tele setting. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in neuro care with strong assessment and management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide nursing care to patients in a LTAC MS/Tele setting.
• Perform complex wound care and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications and perform tracheostomy care/management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele nursing experience.
• LTAC experience preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• One year of EMR experience with EPIC is required.
