Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team specializing in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) MS/Tele nursing. The ideal candidate will possess two years of nursing experience in a similar setting, with a strong focus on neurology patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Manage complex wound care and tracheostomy care/management.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and manage patients with dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in MS/Tele.
• LTAC experience preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Must have experience with electronic medical records; EPIC experience preferred.
