Schedule

Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 (7 PM - 7:30 AM) with guaranteed weekly hours of 36. Weekend hours required every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our ICU unit, where you will provide critical patient care in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing patients with severe illnesses, including sepsis, respiratory issues, and trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide the best patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the EHR system, Paragon.
• Participate in team meetings and educational opportunities to enhance care practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license valid in Washington.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ICU setting is required; experience with TNCC is preferred.
