Registered Nurse - LTAC MS/Tele Unit

Day shift, 4x12 hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30).

Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) unit specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neuro care and must possess key certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a LTAC setting.
• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical conditions including dysrhythmias and tracheostomy care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and health codes and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing, with LTAC experience preferred.
• Active RN license and certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Experience with EPIC EMR for a minimum of 1 year is required.
