Travel Registered Nurse - ICU - Night Shift

Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description

The ICU/CCU unit accommodates 30 beds and employs a dedicated Staff of 57. Registered Nurses will manage a patient ratio of 1 RN to 2 patients, with the possibility of increased ratios during overflow situations. The unit features advanced equipment including Lenet beds and GE monitors, and utilizes Meditech for electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients.
• Perform rapid intubation, chest tube insertion, and EVD management.
• Monitor and treat patients with LVAD and CCRT devices.
• Adapt to changes in patient assignments as needed to accommodate acuity levels.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year current acute care ICU experience.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Neuro certification and trauma experience preferred.
