Job Description

The role involves providing full spectrum maternal care, specifically in the labor and delivery department. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for circulating and recovering Cesarean sections, ensuring quality care, and adhering to established protocols and patient standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive maternal care during labor and delivery.
• Circulate and recover patients post-Cesarean section.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout labor and delivery process.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring.
• Experience in labor and delivery is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to float to NICU as necessary.
