Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Schedule

This is a night shift position from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Candidates are scheduled for 36 hours per week with a guarantee of 24 hours. Rotating weekends and holidays are required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery department. This position includes the opportunity to earn a completion bonus of $5000. Candidates should be flexible regarding locations, shifts, and departments, enhancing the likelihood of securing an offer.

Responsibilities

The role will involve providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery. Responsibilities will include monitoring maternal and fetal health, assisting with labor and delivery, and providing postpartum care. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required.
• Active and unrestricted nursing license with no disciplinary actions.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor.
• AWHONN/AFM certification from an approved vendor.
• Driver's License for residency verification.
