Occupational Therapist

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for an Occupational Therapist who may float between a Level I Trauma 600+ bed hospital and a Level III Trauma 200+ bed hospital. This position requires a candidate with multi-specialty acute knowledge and experience. Candidates must have an active Arizona license and should be prepared to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for patients
• Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team for optimal patient care

Schedule

Shifts are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 5 days a week. Weekend shifts may be required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of occupational therapy experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months
• Active Arizona occupational therapy license
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Must have a valid driver's license for residency verification
• Travel experience is highly preferred
