Job Description

Join our emergency department team as a Registered Nurse. You will provide critical care to patients of all ages, including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, while managing a variety of urgent medical situations including stroke, sepsis, trauma, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, and respiratory failure.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

• Delivering emergency care to patients within a fast-paced environment
• Administering medications and managing multiple IV drips
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Participating in assessments, triage, and emergency procedures
• Floating to various units as needed to meet patient care demands

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Emergency Department with pediatric experience
• Active New York RN License
• Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
