Physical Therapist - Multi-Modality Position

Schedule

Monday to Friday, preferably 8 hours per day; may consider 4x10 hour shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a multi-modality role in a rural location, primarily focused on outpatient services. The position encompasses approximately 80% outpatient, 15% acute care, and 5% home health responsibilities. The role requires working at various facilities within a 60-mile radius, which may include home health visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in outpatient settings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions across multiple modalities, including acute and home health.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Assist with post-operative care and rehabilitation for sports injuries and geriatrics.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong general experience in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Experience with post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and geriatrics preferred.
