Job Description

A nursing position is available requiring essential certifications and competencies. The role focuses on providing excellent patient care and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care in accordance with best practices and policies.
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• Completion of required health history and immunizations.
• Additional certifications as specified in the credentialing requirements.
