Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team. This role involves conducting various health assessments and ensuring that all necessary health credentials are up to date. The successful candidate will adhere to health and safety regulations while delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate health records.
• Administer required vaccinations and health screenings.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care.
• Maintain communication with patients regarding their health statuses.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Healthcare Professional license.
• Required health screenings and vaccinations as outlined in the credentials.
• Professional references and background checks.
