Registered Nurse - Acute Care of Elderly & Alternate Level of Care Unit

Schedule

This position features a rotating night shift of 12 hours, with options for working either 7 PM to 7 AM or 7 AM to 7 PM. Candidates will be required to work a minimum of one weekend shift per week, with the possibility of two weekend shifts every other weekend. A requirement to work at least one holiday during the contract period is also included.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in the West 4 Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) & Alternate Level of Care Unit (ALC), featuring 36 beds dedicated to providing quality care for elderly patients. This contract position is designed for skilled registered nurses who thrive in an acute care environment.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in acute med-surg/telemetry nursing.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience is required for non-U.S. candidates.

Required Certifications and Licensure

• Active New York RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
