CT Technologist

Schedule

This position offers a mid shift schedule, working four 9-hour days from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Thursday through Sunday.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform various imaging procedures for patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Experience with neonates and infants is preferred. This role will encompass both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as emergency departments and intensive care units.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures as directed.
• Administer contrast media and prepare patients for imaging.
• Conduct biopsies and assist with IV starts.
• Utilize PACS for imaging management and reporting.
• Support interdisciplinary teams in a Level 2 trauma, comprehensive stroke, and large cardiac care center.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience is required.
• Current BLS and ARRT CT certification are mandatory.
• Experience with pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, NICU, and PICU preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC documentation system is required.
• Travel experience is welcomed, with first-time travelers considered.
