CT Technologist

Schedule

This position offers a 4x10-hour shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist with a strong background in Siemens systems and procedural expertise. This role requires proficiency in various imaging techniques and working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures, including 3D rendering, abdomen scans, and biopsies.
• Manage patient care and ensure comfort and safety during procedures.
• Prepare and administer contrast media under appropriate guidelines.
• Utilize EPIC and other charting systems for accurate patient documentation.
• Assist in specialized procedures such as abscess drainages, chest tube placements, and suprapubic catheter placements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CT technologist role preferred.
• Experience with Siemens equipment and EPIC charting systems is essential.
• Charge experience is a plus.
