Job Description

We are seeking a Float Med-Surg/ED RN to join our team at a Critical Access Hospital in North Kohala, Hawaii. This role requires strong EPIC experience to effectively support various departments and deliver high-quality patient care in both the Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in both Med-Surg and Emergency Department environments.
• Utilize EPIC systems for patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Support and educate patients and their families about care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Hawaii.
• Strong experience with EPIC electronic health records.
• Previous experience in Med-Surg and Emergency Department preferred.
