Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced healthcare professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for a range of health history assessments and compliance verifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough personal health history evaluations, including immunizations and tests.
• Verify required professional credentials and references.
• Ensure compliance with health screenings and background checks.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation as per standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Driver's License/State ID.
• Complete immunization records, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Varicella.
• Annual TB Questionnaire and Health Statement.
• Nursys license and License/Certificate Verification.
