Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Stepdown Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in progressive care and telemetry and be proficient in managing patients with various cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac-related conditions.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage IV medications as needed.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct bedside procedures including cardioversion.
• Assist and mentor nursing staff, contributing to a positive team environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certified.
• Experience in progressive care or stepdown nursing.
• Telemetry experience and knowledge of titratable cardiac IV medications.
• Preferred experience with prostacyclins.
