CVOR Technician - 4x10 Day Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CVOR Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in cardiovascular operating room procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout the surgical experience. This role requires a competent technician with a strong skill set in handling various cardiovascular procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular surgeries and procedures
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow strict aseptic protocols
• Handle surgical instruments and devices with care
• Document procedures and patient data accurately
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare staff
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Certification from NCCT or NBSTSA preferred
• Compact license must be in hand at submission
