OR Registered Nurse - 13 Week Contract Position

Schedule

3x12 hour shifts - Days (Shift start times can vary: either 06:45 - 19:15 or 09:00 - 21:30).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week assignment. The successful candidate will possess an Alaskan RN license and previous experience in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
• Maintain sterile techniques and assist in surgical procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care during surgery.
• Document patient care accurately in the charting system (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Alaskan RN license in hand for auto offer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an OR setting.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are preferred.
• CNOR certification is a plus.
