Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CVICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 24 months of experience to provide high-quality care within the cardiovascular intensive care unit. The role requires the nurse to float between the Baywood and Heart ICU and PCUs. The ideal candidate must be flexible regarding location, shift preferences, and department assignments to expedite the offer process.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Participate in on-call duties as required by the facility.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of CVICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse with no violations.
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications from approved vendors.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
