Night Shift - 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3/12's)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/ICU team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and critical care experience, particularly in managing patients on ventilators and vasoactive drips. This role requires dedication and the ability to float to other units, including Medical ICU and Progressive Care Unit as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for cardiac and ICU patients.
• Monitor and manage patients on ventilators and vasoactive drips.
• Assist in post-operative care for patients after CABG, STEMI, and vascular procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EMR systems (Cerner).
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in weekend shifts as scheduled (6 weekends in a 6-week schedule).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Arizona RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2+ years of experience in critical care or cardiac nursing.
• Experience with ventilators and vasoactive drips.
