Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in the North Channel FSED, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. The RN will collaborate with a team focused on delivering excellent patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• IV Starts and Blood Draws
• Administer Moderate Sedations and Splinting
• Monitor patients using Bedside Cardiac Monitoring equipment
• Conduct assessments and provide documentation in EMR (Meditech Magic transitioning to Meditech Expanse)

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications

Dress Code

Royal Blue scrubs, closed-toed shoes (no crocs with holes), and no false nails or earbuds during shifts. Stethoscopes must be available for assessments.

Unit Guidelines

Please note there is a no food and drinks policy at the nurse's station as per Joint Commission regulatory guidelines.
