Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule

This position involves working nights on a 12-hour shift rotation, from 3 PM to 3 AM or 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. There is a requirement to work one weekend shift per contracted week or two weekend shifts every other weekend, as well as at least one holiday during the contract period.

Join our experienced and collaborative team in a high-acuity Emergency Department with 80 treatment spaces. Our focus is on delivering high-quality patient care, including specialized geriatric emergency care as the area’s first ACEP accredited geriatric ED. Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitoring and assessing patient conditions and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Documenting care and patient interactions accurately using EPIC charting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience.
• Active New York RN license.
• Current certifications in NIH and AHA BLS.
• Two years of U.S. work history for non-U.S. candidates.
