Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00). Options for 36 or 48 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide excellent patient care in a dynamic ER environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, particularly in high-pressure situations, and be committed to delivering compassionate care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide care for patients in the Emergency Room.
• Perform arterial line management and support ventilated patients.
• Administer blood products and manage intravenous sedation.
• Interpret arterial blood gases and monitor dysrhythmias.
• Assist with triage and care coordination for diverse patient presentations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with charting systems, particularly Epic, preferred.
