Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rehabilitation unit. The RN will provide exceptional care to patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain injuries, multi-trauma, and orthopedic injuries. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and compassion necessary to support patients as they regain their independence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a rehabilitation environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition and treatment response.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and recovery plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Virginia.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or med-surg setting.
• Experience with Cerner EHR is required.
