19:00 - 07:00, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend.

Job Description

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, aiming to enhance patient functional improvements and achieve goals for functional independence. This role includes working closely with professionals in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiatry, and neuropsychology.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including IVs, PICC, and PEG tube management.
• Conduct bladder scans, tracheostomy care, tube feeding, Foley catheter insertion, and bladder irrigation.
• Perform blood administration and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have rehabilitation experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid RN license in Virginia.
