Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). The ideal candidate will care for patients with complex medical conditions including Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hypertensive emergencies, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Chronic Kidney Disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Substance Abuse, and Encephalopathy. You will be administering Heparin Drips and collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide care for patients in the IMCU
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Valid RN license
