Registered Nurse - Pulmonary

Schedule

This is a 36-hour scheduled position with a shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. A minimum of 24 hours is guaranteed per week. The facility retains the right to cancel one shift.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a pulmonary care setting. Weekend and holiday availability is required, and candidates must be willing to float to different facilities as per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the pulmonary unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide the best possible care.
• Comply with all facility policies and guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months Med/Surg experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Active RN license without any hits.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Driver's license to verify residency required.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
