Physical Therapist - Day Shift

Day shift: 5x8 hours (08:00 - 17:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care in an Acute Care Medical Center, specializing in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings. The therapy department offers a wide range of services, including wound care, lymphedema management, pelvic floor therapy, and pediatric specialties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
