Day Shift: 5x8 hours (08:00 - 17:00)

Job Description

The physical therapist will provide patient-centered care in a dynamic setting that includes outpatient services, acute care, and skilled nursing facility (SNF) rehabilitation. The therapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions across various diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Implement therapy interventions to restore and improve patient function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Valid Alaska Physical Therapy License.
• Current BLS certification.
