Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Night Shift position. The selected candidates will be required to float to multiple inpatient units, including Medical, Surgical/Peds, Ortho/Neuro, and Sub-Acute Units.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and policies.
• Document patient care according to standards.
• Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized patient needs.
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
• Provide clinical expertise guidance to support patient care across units.
• Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Wisconsin RN License.
• NIHSS Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Education verification required.

Schedule

This is a Night Shift position, scheduled from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, requiring every other weekend and holiday shifts.
