Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care for our rehabilitation unit. This role involves working with patients recovering from various conditions, including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, and those requiring post-surgical rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rehab nursing and demonstrate a commitment to collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with patient evaluations and rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of Washington.
• CCRN certification preferred but not required.
