Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on adult and geriatric patient care. The role will primarily involve providing nursing care in a rehabilitation setting for various patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular cases. You will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to rehabilitation patients, ensuring adherence to established care standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition or needs.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have prior experience in rehabilitation nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of Washington.
• CCRN certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with GG scoring documentation is preferred.
