LDRP Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12 Hours)

Critical Access Hospital in the vicinity of the assigned city and state.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift - 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). Weekends are required and will be evenly split among staff.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled LDRP Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a small critical access hospital. The role involves triaging, laboring, recovering, postpartum care, and newborn care. Our ideal candidate has experience with the Epic charting system and can effectively manage patient care across various OB areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care for mothers and newborns.
• Triage and assess obstetrical patients effectively.
• Utilize Epic for accurate charting and patient record management.
• Maintain a patient care ratio of 1:1 to 1:6 depending on unit needs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary support for patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LDRP RN.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, CLC*, Stable*.
• Must possess a valid Compact state RN license at the time of submission.
• Travel experience is required.
• Must be seasoned and capable of floating between units as needed.
