Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical ICU team. You will provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment while being comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care in a 10 bed ICU/PCU environment
• Manage complex medical conditions and administer critical care medications
• Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
• Assist providers with bedside procedures as needed (e.g., chest tube insertion, intubation)
• Conduct mandatory bedside shift reports to enhance patient experience
• Participate in nurse leader rounding

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Medical ICU experience in a large facility
• Comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
• Advanced skills in critical care pharmacology, IV sedation, and paralytics
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
