Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float Pool

Schedule

Nights - 12 Hour Shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM. 36 hours per week are available, with 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday during the contract period.

Job Description

This position is within the Med Surg Float Pool, requiring flexibility to float between all Med Surg Tele units and the South East Tower.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Float to various units as required by staffing needs.
• Utilize EPIC for charting patient information.

Required Experience and Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in acute med surg/tele in a hospital setting.
• Active New York RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
