Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care for critically ill children. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the best outcomes for our pediatric and neonatal patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a critical care setting.
• Perform procedures such as blood gas collection, ventilator management, and medication administration.
• Respond to codes and support in-house patient transport.
• Administer therapies including high-flow therapy and BiPAP management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in PICU and NICU required.
• Active New Jersey nursing license required.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required; opportunity to obtain onsite.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
