Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be Level IV NICU trained and willing to work in Adult floors and ICU settings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in a Level IV NICU and critical care environments.
• Administer treatments and therapies according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize advanced ventilatory support equipment and assist in high-acuity neonatal transports.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, with a focus on NICU.
• Current Washington State Respiratory License.
• National certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS.
• Experience with NAVA, High Frequency Oscillator, or High Frequency Jet is highly preferred.
