Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels in clinical departments.
• Utilize intervention skills while dealing with staff, patients, family, or medical staff.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance patient care and department efficiency.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Washington State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 4 years recent clinical experience required.
• 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred.

Location

Centrally located between the Pacific Northwest beaches and the Olympic National Forest, offering easy access to hiking, fishing, and boating. Seattle and Portland, OR are a two-hour drive in either direction.
