Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patient needs.
• Create individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and improving quality of life.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and modifications to treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
